We conduct online learning sessions, business training sessions and industry-focused workshops for signage business owners, professionals and people interested in growing in the signage industry.

Eligibility
By registering for the session, you confirm that:

You will not misuse, copy, record, redistribute or resell the session content without written permission.
Registration and Payment
Your seat is confirmed only after successful payment.
The payment must be completed through the payment option or payment link provided by Ainan Signage Company. We may use third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay to collect payments securely.
After successful payment, joining details may be shared through WhatsApp, email, SMS or phone before the session.
If you enter incorrect contact details, we may not be able to send you the joining link. In such a case, you must contact us before the session time.
Pricing
The listed value of the session is ₹999. The current special access price is ₹299.
The special price may be changed, withdrawn or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Any price already paid by a confirmed participant will not be affected by later price changes.
Session Access
The session will be conducted online through Google Meet.
Participants are responsible for joining the session using the link shared by us. We are not responsible if a participant misses the session due to late joining, internet issue, device issue, incorrect email/mobile number, Google Meet access issue or any other issue at the participant’s end.
We may restrict or remove any participant from the session if they disturb the session, misuse the chat, share abusive content, record the session without permission, or violate these Terms & Conditions.
Content and Learning Outcome
The session may include practical business strategies related to signage pricing, customer conversion, follow-up, business systems, lead handling, sales process and growth planning.
The information shared in the session is for educational and business guidance purposes only. Results may vary from business to business depending on location, execution, market condition, skills, pricing, team, customer handling and other factors.
We do not guarantee any fixed income, profit, sales, orders, leads or business results from attending the session.
No Business Guarantee
Any examples, case studies, strategies, frameworks or ideas shared during the session are for learning purposes. You are responsible for applying them based on your own business situation.
Ainan Signage Company will not be liable for any business loss, missed opportunity, investment decision, pricing decision or operational decision taken by you after attending the session.
Recording and Materials
The live session may or may not be recorded. Providing a recording is not guaranteed unless clearly mentioned by us in writing.
Any workbook, PDF, notes, checklist, link, template or bonus material shared with participants is for personal learning and business use only. You cannot sell, copy, publish, upload, forward, distribute or share it publicly without written permission.
Intellectual Property
All session content, slides, training material, frameworks, examples, designs, text, videos, images and communication created by Ainan Signage Company are the intellectual property of Ainan Signage Company unless otherwise stated.
You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, record, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially use our content without written permission.

Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling
Cancellation and refund terms are explained separately in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If the session is postponed or rescheduled by us due to technical issues, operational reasons, emergency, low attendance, speaker unavailability or any unavoidable situation, your registration may be shifted to the revised date or another suitable session.
Third-Party Services
Our website and session may use third-party services such as Razorpay, Google Meet, WhatsApp, email services or other tools.
We are not responsible for technical issues, downtime, payment gateway errors, Google Meet access problems or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms. However, we will try to support participants wherever reasonably possible.
User Conduct

Violation of these rules may lead to removal from the session without refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ainan Signage Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including business loss, loss of profit, loss of data, missed session due to participant-side issues, technical failures, or third-party platform issues.
Our maximum liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific live session.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
